The Program
Trinity Residential Solutions operates a structured shared-housing program for adults who are able to live independently and are appropriate for communal living.
Our program bridges the gap between emergency shelter and fully independent housing by offering safe, affordable, and well-managed homes with clear expectations, accountability, and support.
This is not a shelter and not a treatment facility. Our homes are designed for individuals who are stable, motivated, and seeking consistency as they move forward.
Our Homes Include:
Fully furnished shared and private room options
Utilities, Wi-Fi, and household essentials included
Full kitchen access
Monthly professional cleaning of shared common areas
Exterior and shared common-area security cameras
Fingerprint-secured bedroom access for privacy
Respectful, well-managed home environment
Supportive Structure Includes:
Clear house expectations and boundaries
Supportive check-ins to promote accountability
Access to community resources when needed
Coordination with referring agencies when applicable
We provide structure without over-supervision — allowing residents to live independently while maintaining a stable and respectful home.

About the Founder
Founded by Trinity Gibson, Trinity Residential Solutions was created to address the growing need for safe, structured housing for adults across the Bay Area.
Through direct work and engagement with adults experiencing housing instability, Trinity recognized that many individuals are capable of living independently but lack access to stable, affordable housing with clear expectations. This program was built to fill that gap by offering consistency, respect, and accountability within a supportive shared-living environment designed for independent adults.
